1. Ring die material selection

The ring die material of the pellet machine is generally made of alloy steel or stainless steel. Aquatic animal feed, fertilizer and other raw materials contain chemical additives, salt and other corrosive media, which have a greater corrosion effect on the ring die. The stainless steel ring die can perform better than the alloy steel ring die and increase the output. However, wood chips, sawdust, straw and other raw materials contain more impurities, and the hardness of the raw materials is high. Reasonable design of ring die, adopt appropriate heat treatment process according to different ring die materials to improve the mechanical properties of the ring die, improve its internal and external quality, and prolong the service life of the ring die. 

3. Price difference

The price of the ring die varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, and the material standard, production process, processing equipment, and opening rate will also have certain differences; so the final price may have a lot of differences. Ring dies with low prices may use products with low material standards, relatively simple production processes, and low porosity. Such a product may eventually be a product with a relatively shortened service life of the ring die, low production efficiency, and high power consumption.
